Import and Export CRM 4.0 Customizations

Export customizations:

Once you finished to customize one or more CRM entities you have to go to:

Settings -> Customizations-> Export Customizations.

Now you have to select the entity or entities that were changed, and then click on “Export Selected Customizations” button.

Please note if you select entities that have relationships, this relationships will be exported to.

Then we recommend that you save the file “customizations.zip”.

                                                             

Import customizations on target organization:

Go to CRM Settings-> Customizations-> Import customizations:

Click on “Browse…”.

Select the previous saved customization.zip file, and then click on “Upload” button.

Once the entities were uploaded you have to select all and click on “Import Selected Customizations” or

Click on “More Actions”-> Import All Customizations.

When the process is finished, you will see this window.
